מדיניות הפרטיות של ״המסמכים שלי״
מדיניות זו מסבירה כיצד אפליקציית המסמכים שלי (My Documents), שפותחה על ידי נתנאל עטיה, מטפלת במידע בעת שימוש באפליקציה ב־Android או ב־iOS.
המידע שהאפליקציה מעבדת
בהתאם לפעולות שלך, האפליקציה עשויה לעבד מסמכים, תמונות, קובצי PDF, טקסט שזוהה במסמכים (OCR), שמות ותמונות של פרופילים, תיקיות, קטגוריות, מספרי מסמכים, תאריכי תפוגה, הערות והעדפות באפליקציה.
אחסון ועיבוד מקומי
המידע נשמר באופן מקומי במכשיר שלך. זיהוי טקסט מתמונות מתבצע במכשיר. איננו מפעילים שרת שמקבל את המסמכים שלך, ואיננו אוספים ניתוחי שימוש, נתוני מעקב או מזהי פרסום.
מצלמה, גלריה וקבצים
האפליקציה ניגשת למצלמה, לתמונות או לקבצים רק כאשר אתה בוחר לצלם, לייבא, לשמור או לערוך מסמך. הגישה משמשת לביצוע הפעולה שביקשת.
נעילה ביומטרית ואבטחה
אימות באמצעות פנים, טביעת אצבע או קוד המכשיר מתבצע על ידי מערכת ההפעלה. האפליקציה אינה מקבלת או שומרת את הנתונים הביומטריים עצמם, אלא רק תשובת הצלחה או כישלון. האפליקציה משתמשת באמצעי אבטחה סבירים להגנת המידע המקומי, אך אין מערכת מאובטחת באופן מוחלט.
תזכורות
אם תפעיל התראות, האפליקציה עשויה ליצור במכשיר תזכורות מקומיות לגבי תפוגת מסמכים. פרטי התזכורת אינם נשלחים לשרת שלנו.
גיבוי מוצפן בענן
ב־Android, מתג הגיבוי האוטומטי מסומן כברירת מחדל, אך סימון המתג לבדו אינו מעלה מידע לענן. הגיבוי מתחיל רק לאחר שאתה בוחר קובץ או יעד בחשבון Google Drive שלך ומגדיר סיסמת גיבוי. לאחר ההגדרה, האפליקציה עשויה לעדכן את הגיבוי המוצפן באופן אוטומטי, עד פעם אחת בכל 24 שעות וכאשר יש חיבור לרשת. ניתן לכבות את הגיבוי האוטומטי בכל עת בהגדרות האפליקציה.
ב־iOS, גיבוי מוצפן ל־iCloud מופעל כברירת מחדל בהתקנה חדשה. כאשר iCloud זמין, האפליקציה עשויה ליצור או לעדכן את הגיבוי באופן אוטומטי, עד פעם אחת בכל 24 שעות כאשר האפליקציה פעילה. לאחר התקנה מחדש, אם נמצא גיבוי קיים, הגיבוי האוטומטי מושהה עד לשחזור כדי למנוע החלפה של המידע הקיים. ניתן לכבות את הגיבוי בכל עת בהגדרות האפליקציה.
בשתי המערכות, תוכן הגיבוי מוצפן לפני העלאתו ונשמר בחשבון הענן שבשליטתך, בכפוף לתנאים ולמדיניות הפרטיות של Google או Apple. איננו מקבלים את תוכן הגיבוי, את סיסמת הגיבוי או את מפתח הפענוח, ואיננו יכולים לצפות במידע המוצפן.
שיתוף וייצוא
האפליקציה מאפשרת לך לשתף, לייצא או לשמור מסמכים באמצעות גיליון השיתוף, WhatsApp, הגלריה או שירות שתבחר. מידע מועבר לשירות חיצוני רק כאשר אתה יוזם ובוחר את פעולת השיתוף, ואז יחולו תנאי השירות שבחרת.
מכירה, פרסום ומעקב
איננו מוכרים מידע אישי, איננו משתפים אותו לצורכי פרסום התנהגותי, ואיננו עוקבים אחריך בין אפליקציות או אתרים. האפליקציה אינה מציגה מודעות נכון למועד העדכון של מדיניות זו.
ילדים
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לאיסוף מכוון של מידע אישי מילדים. כל המידע נוצר ונשמר לפי פעולות המשתמש במכשיר ובחשבון הענן שבשליטתו.
מחיקה ושליטה במידע
ניתן למחוק מסמכים ופרופילים מתוך האפליקציה. הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת את המידע המקומי בהתאם להתנהגות מערכת ההפעלה. גיבויים שנשמרו בענן ניתנים למחיקה דרך Google Drive או iCloud על ידי בעל החשבון.
שינויים במדיניות
אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו כדי לשקף שינויים באפליקציה או בדרישות הדין. תאריך העדכון האחרון יוצג בראש העמוד.

My Documents Privacy Policy
This policy explains how My Documents, developed by Netanel Atia, handles information when you use the app on Android or iOS.
Information processed by the app
Depending on your actions, the app may process documents, images, PDF files, recognized text (OCR), profile names and photos, folders, categories, document numbers, expiration dates, notes, and app preferences.
Local storage and processing
Information is stored locally on your device. Text recognition is performed on-device. We do not operate a server that receives your documents, and we do not collect analytics, tracking data, or advertising identifiers.
Camera, photos, and files
The app accesses the camera, photos, or files only when you choose to capture, import, save, or edit a document. Access is used to complete the action you requested.
Biometric lock and security
Face, fingerprint, or device-credential authentication is handled by the operating system. The app does not receive or store your biometric templates; it receives only a success or failure result. We use reasonable safeguards to protect local information, but no system is completely secure.
Reminders
If notifications are enabled, the app may create local reminders for document expiration dates. Reminder details are not sent to our server.
Encrypted cloud backup
On Android, the automatic-backup switch is on by default, but the switch alone does not upload any information. Backup begins only after you select a file or destination in your Google Drive account and create a backup password. Once configured, the app may update the encrypted backup automatically, no more than once every 24 hours and when a network connection is available. You can turn off automatic backup at any time in the app settings.
On iOS, encrypted iCloud backup is on by default for new installations. When iCloud is available, the app may create or update the backup automatically, no more than once every 24 hours while the app is active. After reinstallation, if an existing backup is found, automatic backup is paused until restoration to avoid replacing existing information. You can turn off backup at any time in the app settings.
On both platforms, backup content is encrypted before upload and stored in the cloud account under your control, subject to Google's or Apple's terms and privacy policies. We do not receive the backup contents, backup password, or decryption key and cannot view the encrypted information.
Sharing and export
You may share, export, or save documents through the system share sheet, WhatsApp, your gallery, or another service you select. Data is sent to an external service only when you initiate and choose that action, after which the selected service's terms apply.
Sale, advertising, and tracking
We do not sell personal information, share it for behavioral advertising, or track you across apps or websites. The app does not display advertising as of the date of this policy.
Children
The app is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. Information is created and stored based on actions taken by the user on a device and cloud account under their control.
Deletion and control
Documents and profiles can be deleted inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes local data according to the operating system's behavior. Cloud backups can be deleted from Google Drive or iCloud by the account owner.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or legal requirements. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page.
