המסמכים שלך נשארים בשליטתך. כאן מוסבר כיצד המידע מעובד ומהם תנאי השימוש והרכישות.

מדיניות פרטיות
מדיניות זו חלה על המסמכים שלי (My Documents: Secure Vault) ב-Android וב-iOS, שפותחה על ידי נתנאל עטיה.
מידע ועיבוד מקומי
בהתאם לפעולות שלך, האפליקציה מעבדת מסמכים, תמונות, קובצי PDF, טקסט שזוהה במסמך (OCR), שמות ותמונות פרופיל, תיקיות, מספרי מסמכים, תאריכי תפוגה, הערות והעדפות. המסמכים וה-OCR מעובדים ונשמרים במכשיר; איננו מפעילים שרת שמקבל את תוכן המסמכים.
מצלמה, תמונות, קבצים והתראות
הגישה מתבצעת רק כאשר בחרת לצלם, לסרוק, לייבא, לשמור או לערוך מסמך. אם התראות מופעלות, האפליקציה עשויה ליצור תזכורות מקומיות לתפוגת מסמכים.
נעילה ואבטחה
זיהוי פנים, טביעת אצבע או קוד המכשיר מטופלים בידי מערכת ההפעלה. האפליקציה אינה מקבלת תבניות ביומטריות אלא רק תוצאת הצלחה או כישלון. נעשה שימוש באמצעי אבטחה סבירים, אך אין מערכת מאובטחת באופן מוחלט.
גיבוי מוצפן
גיבוי ל-Google Drive או ל-iCloud נעשה לחשבון הענן שבשליטתך ובהתאם לבחירתך ולהגדרות הפלטפורמה. התוכן מוצפן לפני העלאה. איננו מקבלים את תוכן הגיבוי, הסיסמה או מפתח הפענוח.
פרסום
הגרסה החינמית ב-Android עשויה להציג מודעות באמצעות Google AdMob. Google עשויה לעבד מזהי מכשיר או פרסום ונתוני אינטראקציה בהתאם להסכמה, להגדרות המכשיר ולמדיניות שלה. משתמשי Pro אינם רואים מודעות. איננו מוכרים את תוכן המסמכים ואיננו משתמשים בו לצורך פרסום.
שיתוף, מחיקה ושליטה
תוכן מסמכים מועבר לשירות חיצוני רק כאשר אתה יוזם שיתוף, ייצוא או גיבוי. נתוני פרסום ומדידה מעובדים כפי שמתואר במדיניות זו. ניתן למחוק מסמכים ופרופילים באפליקציה. הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת מידע מקומי בהתאם להתנהגות מערכת ההפעלה; גיבויים נמחקים דרך חשבון הענן.
ילדים ושינויים
האפליקציה אינה מיועדת לאיסוף מכוון של מידע אישי מילדים. אנו עשויים לעדכן מסמך זה כדי לשקף שינויים באפליקציה או בדרישות הדין.
תנאי שימוש ורכישות
מסלולי Pro
ייתכנו מינויים חודשיים או שנתיים ורכישה חד-פעמית. מינויים מתחדשים ומחויבים דרך Google Play או App Store עד לביטולם בהגדרות החשבון, בהתאם לתנאי החנות. רכישה חד-פעמית היא תשלום אחד ללא חידוש ומעניקה גישה ל-Pro ללא תאריך תפוגה קבוע, כל עוד האפליקציה והשירות נשארים זמינים ונתמכים.
חשבון, שחזור והחזרים
הרכישה קשורה לחשבון Google או Apple ששימש לביצועה. שחזור רכישות, ביטול, החזר ותנאי חיוב כפופים לכללי החנות המתאימה. מחיקת האפליקציה אינה מבטלת מינוי פעיל.
זמינות ושימוש הוגן
אנו רשאים לעדכן, לשנות או להפסיק תכונות בכפוף לדין ולכללי החנויות. אין לפרש את המונח רכישה חד-פעמית כהתחייבות שהאפליקציה או החנויות יפעלו לנצח. המשתמש אחראי לשמור גיבוי מוצפן של מסמכים חשובים.

Privacy Policy
This policy applies to My Documents: Secure Vault on Android and iOS, developed by Netanel Atia.
Information and on-device processing
Depending on your actions, the app processes documents, images, PDFs, recognized text (OCR), profile names and photos, folders, document numbers, expiration dates, notes, and preferences. Documents and OCR are processed and stored on-device; we do not operate a server that receives document contents.
Camera, photos, files, and notifications
Access occurs only when you choose to capture, scan, import, save, or edit a document. If enabled, the app may create local expiration reminders.
Lock and security
Face, fingerprint, and device-credential authentication is handled by the operating system. The app receives only a success or failure result, not biometric templates. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system is completely secure.
Encrypted backup
Google Drive or iCloud backup is made to a cloud account under your control, based on your choices and platform settings. Content is encrypted before upload. We do not receive backup contents, passwords, or decryption keys.
Advertising
The free Android version may show ads through Google AdMob. Google may process device or advertising identifiers and interaction data subject to consent, device settings, and its policies. Pro users do not see ads. We do not sell or use document contents for advertising.
Sharing, deletion, and control
Document contents are sent to an external service only when you initiate sharing, export, or backup. Advertising and measurement data are processed as described in this policy. You can delete documents and profiles in the app. Uninstalling removes local data according to operating-system behavior; cloud backups are controlled through your cloud account.
Children and updates
The app is not intended to intentionally collect children's personal information. We may update this document to reflect app or legal changes.
Terms of Use and Purchases
Pro plans
Monthly or yearly subscriptions and a one-time purchase may be offered. Subscriptions renew and are billed through Google Play or the App Store until canceled in account settings, subject to store terms. A one-time purchase is one payment with no renewal and provides Pro access with no fixed expiration while the app and service remain available and supported.
Account, restoration, and refunds
A purchase is tied to the Google or Apple account used for the transaction. Restoration, cancellation, refunds, and billing are subject to the applicable store's rules. Uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Availability and fair use
Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued subject to law and store rules. A one-time purchase is not a promise that the app or stores will operate forever. Users should keep an encrypted backup of important documents.
